LOST/STOLEN/NOT RECEIVED ITEMS
Once your package has been shipped a valid tracking number will be provided to you via email. You may check the status of your order via USPS.COM. For if any reason your package does not make it or is stolen/lost in U.S Mail. MixBetterCurlz is NOT responsible. Once a package shows that it has been scanned into the USPS system, they are responsible for your package. If you do not receive your merchandise or miss the delivery, please contact USPS.COM or visit your local post office and provide them with the tracking number that was provided to you, and they will further assist you in retrieving your merchandise or filing a claim.
